Abstract

In different periods of history questions may arise about the need for adjustments and changes in both individual laws regulating the movement of the country in one direction or another, and individual provisions of the Constitution. However, before considering this question, we note that although the Russians don't have the most detailed knowledge of the Constitution and define its ambiguous role in the life of the country it sets out rights and duties in General comply with their requirements and expectations, as evidenced by including assessment of the importance laid out in the Constitution fundamental rights and freedoms.
