Abstract

The authors provide an analysis of the transformational changes in platform 1.0, which have significantly increased due to coronavirus infection (COVID-19). They describe a person in need in the context of a pandemic difficult life situation. Technologies of social work with clients in modern pathogenic conditions are rapidly changing the platform of pathogenic care 1.0, formed in the previous time.
