Existing challenges encourage States to join forces to take measures that, on the one hand, saturate the market with food, and on the other - to protect it from low-quality products. Combining the efforts of several states provides more opportunities for creating and implementing new technologies for deep and complex processing of food raw materials, improving methods of growing, storing and transporting agricultural products, ensuring their safety for life and health, including for future generations. This study provides examples of foreign experience in implementing emergency food security measures during a pandemic, and suggests measures to prevent a food crisis in Russia and abroad.
