Abstract

The quality of food in a country is a direct result of its socio-economic development and at the same time a factor affecting it. Of particular practical importance will be the study of the characteristics of the quality of food products on the health of the population [1]. In the article, the author notes that the main task of the state is to create such conditions under which the availability of food products necessary to meet the physiological needs of the human body in nutrients and energy would be ensured.
