Abstract

The article attempts to understand, analyze and diagnose fundamental trends and current tendencies of the development of spatial mobility of the population in the Far East in the context of providing the region's economic potential with the necessary labor resources. The problems of formation and functioning of the labor market in the Eastern regions of the country are described in connection with migration processes. Quantitative and structural disparities in employment between the demand for labor and its supply are considered. The trends of increasing demand for personnel in the development of the Far Eastern economy are identified and presented. Special attention is paid to the consequences of the migration situation`s development in the macroregion.
