Abstract

The idea that one of the main tasks of socialization of modern preschool children is the development of their personality, but not the intelligence is argued and consistently substantiated in the article. The solving of this problem is the development of initiative, self-determination and self-regulation of the behavior of preschool children. And the work of preschool educational organizations should be aimed at this. The selection of modern high-quality methods, programs and technologies of socialization used in preschool organizations should be carried out on the basis interrelated parameters such as the program itself, technologies for its implementation, and a system of diagnostics that measure the effectiveness of this technology and the goals, which was stated in this program. Examples of reasons for such selection are given in the article
