Abstract

The complexity of modern social life generates multilateral contradictions between various social actors on a whole range of interests and values. Such ripe and formed contradictions can turn into a very acute complex conflict, one of the varieties of which is a block conflict, where there is no obvious dominant, but there is a main line of confrontation between several parties, to which others are involved in the course of the conflict. Using the example of a protracted regional conflict of socio - economic, ecological and ethno-cultural nature around the shikhan in Bashkortostan, which has received a certain socio-political discourse, the article reveals its complex (block) nature.
