Abstract

Social capital is considered as an important factor affecting the functionality and effectiveness of network political relations, filling them with meanings and giving dynamics. Therefore, the growth of social capital acts as a condition for successful development and an informal priority of state policy. Objectively, the question arises of a new model of political relations aimed at strengthening ties with the interests of society. Given that social capital arises from trust relationships, one of the tasks of the world community is to overcome a serious crisis of trust that has affected the international and domestic politics of many countries.
