Abstract

«Political constancy» is understood by the author as an internal property of the higher structures of state management, which sets a closed cycle of self-reproduction and, in the absence of counterweights, develops an «antievolutionary» resource - an artificial obstacle to the development of the societal sphere. «Network sociality» redefines the parameters of self-organization of the social system as a whole and contributes to the restoration of evolution of societal development.
