Abstract

The laws of preservation and changes in development of natural processes are considered. The classification of equilibrium and non-equilibrium systems in nature and society is presented. Based on the presented data, the evolution of disasters of various genesis in the nature-society-man system is considered. The balance of disasters of different genesis and the limits of the existence of the system nature - society - man was analyzed. The anthropogenic load affecting nature and society, taking into account the power load of disasters, should not exceed 70 kW/km2. For the period from 2009 to 2019, an assessment was made of the sustainability of the development of subjects of the Siberian Federal District under the influence of disasters of various genesis. It has been established that in a significant part of the subjects of the Siberian Federal District, the anthropogenic load exceeds the permissible limits.
